Christopher K. Samuels was born and raised in Sacramento, California, and has spent 20 years in IT working directly with small and mid-sized businesses across manufacturing, refrigeration, solar, and farming industries. His path into technology started early. At 13, he started his first IT support role at the Salvation Army, where he developed the principle that would define his career: technology should be explained in human terms, not buried in jargon.
Over two decades, Christopher moved from IT support to IT management, working across industries and learning that the businesses struggling most with technology were not struggling because the technology was complicated. They were struggling because no one had taken the time to explain it clearly and set it up correctly from the start.
NeuGenity was built to fix that. Not as a generic managed service provider, but as a Google-First Workspace practice that helps small businesses get more out of the tools they are already paying for.
Christopher learned Google Workspace from the inside out, as a solo admin with no cloud training, figuring it out for himself and for the businesses that depended on him. He built the guide he never had. Today, NeuGenity serves small businesses across California and throughout the United States and Canada. Every client works directly with Christopher, not a junior technician or an account manager. That is not a marketing claim.
